About Moses
Moses Suleymanov is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of Apollonia Equities, where he focuses on underwriting and investment strategy.
Throughout his career, Moses has underwritten, originated, and funded more than $750 million in real estate loans. He began investing in real estate at an early age following the Great Recession, initially focusing on identifying, negotiating, and acquiring distressed properties throughout the New York Tri-State area.
In addition to his lending experience, Moses has personally been involved in the acquisition, renovation, development, and sale of more than $600 million in real estate. His experience as both an investor and lender gives him a strong understanding of deal structure, property-level risk, execution, and the challenges investors face throughout the life cycle of a project.
Moses holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from St. John’s University.
