Sergey Mekhtiyev, Esq. serves as General Counsel to Apollonia Equities and is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mekhtiyev Law Firm.
With more than a decade of legal experience, Sergey focuses on residential and commercial real estate, business law, and complex transactional matters. He has advised clients on new developments, property acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, and the representation of private and conventional lenders.
Sergey has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for seven consecutive years and has served as an Official Member of the Forbes New York Business Council.
