Solomon Suleymanov is the Co-Founder of Apollonia Equities, where he focuses on originations and business development.
Throughout his career, Solomon has played a key role in originating and funding more than $750 million in non-owner-occupied residential, multifamily, and mixed-use real estate transactions nationwide. His lending experience includes fix and flip, bridge, and construction loans.
Solomon began his career in real estate investing and has built longstanding relationships with investors, brokers, developers, and mortgage professionals across the country. His background in legal studies and technology has helped shape a practical and analytical approach to real estate finance.
Solomon attended Pace University, where he studied Legal Studies and Computer Science.
