Zulfiya Huseynova, Esq. serves as Closing Counsel to Apollonia Equities and is an attorney with Mekhtiyev Law Firm, where she focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions.
A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Zulfiya represents lenders, buyers, sellers, developers, and investors across a wide range of real estate matters. Her experience includes private and conventional lending transactions, acquisitions, development projects, condominium matters, and complex closings.
